From 2023 to 2025, I pursued a Master of Science in Experience Design to deepen my ability to tackle complex, evolving problems by strengthening my understanding of systems and people, experts and users, structure and ambiguity, objectivity and subjectivity. The program answered long-held questions from my practice and reframed how I see design’s role in uncertainty.

During my graduate co-op, I led the design of a booking system that brought together product direction, UX strategy, interaction logic, API integration, and business operations. It became a distilled reflection of what I’ve been building toward: turning complexity into clarity through systems-based, hands-on design.
I now work best in early-stage environments where direction is forming and logic is fluid, navigating ambiguity through early decisions and systems where vision informs every detail, and action refines it in return.
